Yoga, Surfing, and Beach Diva Adventure

We are joining forces with Social Diva to create a Beach Yoga, Surfing and Shopping extravaganza! Leave the bustling city behind and come with us to Long Branch, NJ.
Start your one-day retreat with a morning slow flow yoga practice on the sand. All levels welcome.
Follow it with surfing, a relaxed day on the beach, or some (cutest!) boutique shopping and lunching right there in Pier Village.
And bonus, everyone will walk away with a killer beach bag filled with goodies for your body, mind, and spirit!
Wear stretchy comfortable clothing for our yoga practice. If your suit is comfortable, wear your bathing suit under your yoga clothes. There are changing rooms fairly close by.
Bring a yoga mat, sack lunch or lunch money for the cafes, beverages, sunhat, suncreen, sunglasses, beach blanket, reading material, and a few $ gratuity for our surf instructors.
Beach Yoga & Surfing includes RT van transport to/from NYC, guided yoga session on the beach, one-hour surf lesson, parking & beach pass
$99 per person inc. transportation
$84 self-driver (does not include parking or beach pass)
Beach Yoga & Sun Lover includes RT transport to/from NYC, guided yoga session on the beach, parking & beach pass, shopping & fun in the sun
$49 per person inc. transportation

Van Meeting time & location: 7:30am - 34th & 8th Avenue (NE corner)
Return time to NYC: Approximately 6pm
