Central Park Yoga

Join Kelly Dwyer of Do U Yoga for a lovely yoga class in Central Park.
Wake up your body with an opening and energizing 90-min multi-level yoga practice. Our yoga practice will be a flowing vinyasa / hatha style, with attention to physical alignment and the breath. Beginners welcomed.
Wear stretchy comfortable clothing, athletic pants or crop pants or shorts with a liner, a somewhat fitted t-shirt or tank top, and a light jacket or sweater if it is cooler. Layers are always a good idea.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, sunhat, suncreen, insect repellent, sunglasses.
Cost: donation-based. Please RSVP online, so we know to expect you.
Time: 10:30am-12:00pm
Meeting Location: Great Hill - near 106th & CPW, - Central Park, NYC
Enter park at 106th Street, go to your right, up the stairs. Meet us on the grass, west of the main lawn in Great Hill, south of the restrooms. We'll be in a grassy alcove.
